all-metal construction
The 2nd generation CONSPIT hydraulic system with two-stage cylinders
The design of the two-stage hydraulic cylinders provides a two-stage pedal feel, simulating the actual working state of the wheel cylinder pistons in the braking system of a real car to provide a more precise braking experience. The preload force of the front and rear stages can be adjusted independently, allowing the driver to adjust and fine-tune the system according to their individual preferences.
When the brake pedal is depressed, hydraulic fluid flows through the damping holes into the elastomer cylinder and pushes the piston. Initially, the softer elastomer of the front stage is compressed, creating a softer pedal feel. As the piston continues to move, both the front and rear elastomers are compressed simultaneously, creating a firmer pedal feel in the later stage.
High-precision 20Mpa hydraulic sensor
The 2nd generation CONSPIT hydraulic system is equipped with a high-precision 20 MPa hydraulic sensor that is able to detect even the smallest changes in brake pressure and translate these into subtle adjustments in braking performance. The sensor's long range ensures that professional sim racers can take full advantage of this system to achieve the most realistic racing dynamics possible.
CONSPIT's extensive experience with hydraulic braking systems for sim racing comes into full effect here too. The second generation hydraulic system features a completely redesigned internal layout with improved sealing and durability, as well as carefully selected materials. These improvements result in superior high-pressure resistance, ensuring stable performance even in the most demanding racing environments.
Exceptional adjustability
The CPP-Evo was developed from the perspective of professional drivers and pushes the boundaries of adjustability in the racing simulator field.
Ergonomic setting
The distance between the pedals, the angle of the surface, the height of the plate and the position of the footrest are all adjustable, ensuring exceptional comfort whether you are braking hard or making precise maneuvers.
Adjusting the pedal feel
Gas: four-stage quick adjustment of pedal force, decoupled adjustment of pedal travel and spring preload.
Brake: four-stage quick adjustment of pedal force, independent adjustment of spring preload for the front and rear stages.
Clutch: Adjustable spring preload with four levels to adjust the bite point feel.
Fully CNC racing grade aluminum alloy
CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with a fine sandblasted and anodized finish that provides a durable and robust coating.
The M-DVF vibration module is standard
Equipped as standard with the M-DVF vibration feedback module, which provides important information that is often missing in racing simulations
Supports iRacing Native Vibration Feedback
Supports SimHub Shakelt Motors
