Refund policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days

from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
from the day of the conclusion of the contract for contracts for the provision of services.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GermanSimRacing GmbH, Theodor-Yorck-Straße 15, 21079 Hamburg, Deutschland, Tel.: +49 151 40509978, E-Mail: support@germansimracing. de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you have requested that services commence during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for services if we have provided the service in full and we have only begun to provide the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal if we have fully performed the contract.

Connected/financed transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that the two contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender avails itself of our assistance with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been granted to us when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender shall, in relation to you, assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or the return. The latter shall not apply if the subject of the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, currencies or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
