Order
After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder as a precaution.
If you have not received an e-mail, please contact us using one of the methods mentioned above and we will be happy to help you.
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll be happy to do everything we can to accommodate your requests. Please contact us with the desired changes, and we'll assist you further.
If your order has not yet shipped and is not custom-made for you, you are welcome to request a cancellation. You can easily do this via our returns portal.
Normally, it will be on its way to you within 24 hours. You will automatically receive the tracking information by email. You can also check the current order status to stay up to date.
Should there be any delays, this will be visible there or we will contact you proactively.
Payment
You can find all offered payment methods at the bottom of the website. You can select these at the end of the purchasing process, according to your preference; manual bank transfer is also possible.
This will be charged upon completion of the order. Pre-orders may be an exception, but this will be indicated separately.
You can enter these in the shopping cart and they will be automatically deducted.
Returns are processed on all working days and you will receive an email from us as soon as we have processed your return. After that, you will receive your refund within five banking days.
Yes, you can also pay in installments or later through our partners Klarna and PayPal.
Delivery
This varies depending on which of our warehouses the goods are located in and what product it is. Large products such as rigs or monitor stands are usually shipped via DPD.
Other products, however, are also shipped via DHL or UPS. In any case, you will receive the tracking information by email.
Shipping costs are transparently displayed in the shopping cart and are determined by product quantity, weight, and size, and are then calculated accordingly.
In principle, we ship our orders throughout the entire EU. If you have a special request, please contact us, and we will surely find a solution.
Under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. This generally also applies to other EU countries.
Exceptions are products built to customer specifications; please inquire in advance if needed.

Returns

We process returns on every business day, and you will receive an email as soon as yours has been processed.

If the package and/or its contents are damaged, please contact us immediately and send us corresponding photos. We will then try to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
