III. Information about delivery

1.) Delivery times within Germany

Within Germany, the delivery time is 2-4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page.

2.) Delivery times abroad

The following delivery times apply to deliveries abroad

• Austria: 3-5 business days
• Remaining countries: 5-10 business days

3.) Information on calculating the delivery date

The period for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such day.

1.) Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay

2.) PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.

2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and authorize the payment.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

4. You will then be redirected back to us.

3.) Klarna invoice

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the payment method invoice. Payment is made to Klarna.

The payment period is 30 days from the date of dispatch of the goods.

The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase process and the execution of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. “Sofortüberweisung - Simple and direct payment.

“Sofort.” is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. We receive real-time confirmation once the transfer has been completed. This means we can ship in-stock items immediately and you receive your purchases faster.

5.) eps transfer

In cooperation with PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2, 1200 Vienna, Austria, we offer the “eps transfer” payment method. The prerequisite for this is that your bank account supports payment via eps transfer. The payment is made directly to us. In the course of the payment, you will be redirected to the secure environment of your bank and can initiate the payment after logging in to your online banking account.

6.) Advance payment by bank transfer

You can conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will send you our bank details and the transfer purpose separately by email as part of the order processing.
