HIGHLIGHTS

Patented TorqueSync™ Technology

Translates force feedback signals from the game with extremely low latency and high precision into motor torque. Preserves the finest details in FFB effects, improves stability during dynamic load changes, and enhances vehicle control at the limit.

Optimized Servomotor Design

Our servomotors are handcrafted industrial-quality units with harmonized magnet pairs and distributed stator windings. This architecture almost completely eliminates torque ripple and provides the natural, smooth driving feel of our DDS TorqueSync wheelbases.

Internal Operating Voltage of 350 V

Operating the servo with its native 350V supply increases voltage reserves and current rise speed. The motor responds faster to inputs, the force feedback feels more vivid and intense, and control at and beyond the limit is improved.

Advanced Slew Rate

Compared to typical 48V architectures, the 350V supply allows for a higher current rise rate in the motor phases. This faster current ramp-up and ramp-down reduces delays in torque generation, preserves details during rapid load changes, and ensures stable forces under high dynamic loads. In practice, this means more precise steering, finer detail perception of surface changes, and more controlled reactions when the rear breaks loose.

USB Data Passthrough

Our data passthrough solution is comprehensive, future-proof, and fully backward compatible with all USB steering wheels. The wheel hub features a USB port that is routed directly through the USB 3.0 port on the back of the device.

In addition to USB passthrough, a separate line provides a dedicated 5V power supply with 2,500 mA for more powerful steering wheels and hubs.

New Xero-Play Quick Release

Our new Quick Release was developed based on real motorsport principles and offers an intelligent total cost structure. The precise, high-quality main mechanism is located on the base, so you only need to buy it once. The adapters on the wheel side are simpler and more cost-effective, making expanding your wheel collection more economical. You get an absolutely play-free, reproducible locking mechanism at lower costs per additional wheel—significantly reducing total operating costs.

Integrated High-Efficiency Power Supply

With a maximum output power of 1,500 W, the power stage is designed for real racing loads. Operating at full 26 Nm or 39 Nm torque can require over 1,000 W at peak loads, so the additional power reserve provides sufficient electrical and thermal headroom to avoid voltage drops, support high slew rates, and ensure consistent torque delivery throughout the entire session. | A key advantage of the integrated design is the elimination of an external power supply. With the 1,500 W power supply built into the housing, you benefit from simpler cable management, fewer potential points of failure, and a tidier rig that is easier to assemble, move, and maintain.

24-Bit Encoder

The wheelbase uses an integrated 24-bit encoder with 16.7 million counts per revolution. This resolution provides the control loop with extremely precise position feedback, improves current modulation, minimizes perceptible detent torque, and ensures smooth, precise torque delivery across the entire operating range.

USB 3.0 Connectivity

The DDS uses USB 3.0 to keep your setup fast, stable, and ready for future demands. With significantly higher bandwidth than older standards, it ensures reliable communication between the base, wheel, and PC—even when your wheel is equipped with displays, encoders, LEDs, and advanced inputs. | These additional reserves ensure that firmware updates run quickly and smoothly, telemetry data is transmitted without bottlenecks, and your hardware remains ready for the next generation of racing simulations and peripherals.
